An events meeting for all
After the last few years of lockdowns and social isolation, we are back and community spirit seems as strong as ever. Here at the Den it is exciting times, this is the term where we like to have lots of events. We want to grow our offering to all members and the community but we need your help. If you have enthusiasm, ideas & can spare a little time, we would love for you to join us in kicking off our events calendar.
We are having an Events Group Meeting on Wednesday 28 September at 7pm at The Activity Den. We would like to invite all parents, carers, friends and volunteers, literally anyone and everyone who can help us plan, organise and run our event. Everyone is welcome!!
Current event ideas include:
● Halloween Party
● Den open nights
● Party - Gig Night with professional live band and Sound Hub band members
● Volunteers, Friends and Staff Christmas social night
Any help is appreciated, we have some set roles such as helping us with ideas and promotion, finding raffle and tombola prizes, setting up the room, helping with food and drinks. However, if this isn't up your street then we would love to chat about what your skills are and how we can grow our events portfolio and give more back to all our members and the community.
